Propeller Magazine-How To Save A Memory
This beautiful article in Propeller Magazine, a publication for power boat enthusiasts, was actually written in January, 2008, before the formation of Friends of Marine Stadium.

Since we have formed our group, we have come in contact with many power boat racing fans-and drivers-who fondly recall the Stadium, which is undoubtedly the finest boat racing venue in the United States.

If we bring the Stadium back, it will be done with a very unusual coalition-architecture buffs and preservationists, dragon boaters, scullers, wakeboarders, triathletes and other active water sport participants, boat racers and fans, environmentalists, any one who has seen a concert at the Stadium....and Parrotheads (Jimmy Buffett fans!).
