Clambake-Elvis Presley; "Where's Chico?"
The 1967 movie "Clambake" starring Elvis Presley was shot at the Miami Marine Stadium. You won't see the Stadium in this trailer-but you'll see familiar territory.

The trailer is also notable because Dade Heritage Trust Board member Chico Goldsmith was in the movie as an extra and is in the trailer. Chico also raced power boats at the Stadium. Can you find him in this trailer? (Hint: He's third from the left; next to The King)

The Marine Stadium has tremendous potential as a setting for TV, films and other location work. This free publicity-such as the many shots of Ocean Drive in Miami Beach-is a tremendous asset to our tourist economy.
